The acquisition of Flight Options by H.I.G. Capital (which probably won't close until the end of the 4th quarter) changes nothing for the time being. Pilots for Flight Options need to continue building solidarity, doing nothing illegal for or against the company. While I'm hopeful that current management will follow the wishes of the new owners and truly begin to bargain "in good faith", it's still going to be an interesting peak travel season.
