Seems every plane at ONT is on a charter certificate, except the ones over at Threshold.

Corporate stuff...well, you'll have to work your way up to that one. Try getting on at KMR first. They are hiring a ton of guys right now. Huge turnover. I just talked to their chief pilot yesterday and they are extremely short handed. Upgrading low time guys to jet captain cause they can't keep experienced people onboard.

A little advice when looking for a corporate job. Don't ask how long for an upgrade. Upgrades at most corporate flight departments depend on lots of things. Turnover and growth of department to name a few.

But asking about huge turnovers is a great question. Remember that a high turnover rate and fast upgrades could fall hand in hand. So a fast upgrade could not be such a good thing. A coporate flight department that has little movement also means they have a good schedule good pay and people are happy.
