Offshore Logistics Training

Does anybody know anything about the training facility that has inked a deal with Offshore Logistics saying that if you recieve your Instr. and Comm with them you will be granted an internship and possible interview? A buddy mentioned he saw it in a flying mag but can't remember which one. I have a friend located down south that would love the opportunity to work for Offshore Logistics and he is just starting his Instr. training.
