Odd Technique on B-350 King Air

I knew of a guy who would stuff the 350 into reverse on EVERY landing until one day the left engine decided to stay in alpha while the right went to full reverse.. He paid for the runway lights out of his own pocket... Why torture the pax by going max reverse when it's not needed, they're scared enough by landing usually anyway!
