Just got word that I'm accepted for a Navy OCS class starting October 26. Can't believe it. But there's a little problem. Recruiter was saying at least next summer for a class and I was coming up on the age limit next year so I put ASAP on the application. Turns out there was an opening and so they shoved me in for next month. Don't want to write out the whole complicated situation but I can't leave until February at the earliest due to family illness related issues. Don't want to botch my chances. If these issues didn't exist I could be down there tomorrow if I had to. Anybody know if the date can be changed. Haven't been able to get ahold of my recruiter since I got word.

Thanks for the other site, wish I'd known about that one earlier. I saw a couple posts on there about swapping class dates. Know if that works? I bet there's alot of people dying for an earlier class date. I'll post something over there.
