I am going to vacation in the Bahamas in a few months and I think it would be kind of cool to obtain a bahamian pilot certificate to go along with my US one. How exactly would I go about this. Where would I find an AME and a pilot examiner? I am assuming it would not take an inordinate amount of time once there since I already have the hours and just need to pass the checkride. Have any of you gone through this?

On a side note I read Barry Schiff obtained a Jordanian pilot certificate about 10 yrs ago directly from the late King Hussein!!

Hmmm, the process probably involves a small donation of cash and a spliff or two........Presto!!!! Instant Bahamian pilot certificate! :)
