Anyone have any updates for what is going on this week before the judge is supposed to rule on friday, or do you think he is going to extend the thing again.

i always thought it was the management at NWA who golfs with the judge??????

The new deadline is the 24th......

The Judge does not want to rule......he wants the union & mgmt to figure it out. He presided over the Avianca trial a few years ago & they came to an agreement without him having to rule. Of course when you're dealing with NWA mgmt...............................

Another extension would be great since it would allow us to strike without the necessary time to file an injuction. Unless that's maybe what management wants, liquidation.

Hey, liquidation ain't so bad. I'll buy up the scraps and create a new LCC the next day. You can fly my planes, but there will be a steep pay cut from your current pay of course. I've been waiting in the wings to get back in the business. I definitly like this Steenland guy and the way he does business! I will be sure to save him a spot on the board. Siegel too. I will have to pay top dollar to retain such talent. It will probably come out of the pay checks of the rank and file, but I'm sure you guys won't mind.
