Nwa Must Pre-approve Any Cal Merger

This is rather surprising. I would think this little hitch would cost CAL some rather large bucks to buy out the clause. Could be a monkey wrench, but there is so much money to be made on a merger.....the bankers would find a way to keep NWA happy.

I think (not sure) that the 'golden share' prevents someone from buying CAL without approval from NW. I don't think any approval is needed if CAL is the buyer.
