I was talking to an NWA capt. the other day and he mentioned that there was/is a rumor going around that the airline may look into establishing a crew base in IND. He said this is due to the major expansion they have experienced in Indy. Now I'm not sure how many aircraft RON, but I can somewhat see how this MAY be a possibility. Then again, some people say that in the event something were to happen to ATA, Northwest may yank the added flights and just continue flying ot DTW, MSP and MEM. Does anyone see this as a viable action? Just looking for other opinions on this matter.

Fly safely.

Most of the (new) Indy flying is PCL. Do you mean MKE? They've gotten a nice handful of mainline growth over the months.

I think only a few of these flights are operated by Pinnacle; such as PHL, BDL, RDU and DCA. The rest of them; LAS, LAX, MCI, PHX, FMY, MCO, TPA and of course MSP, DTW and MEM are all mainline flights.

I may have left a few cities out.

Fly safely.

PCL flies MSP-IND and DTW-IND. This is how we get we the aircraft there to operate the other city pairs, as we have no base there.
