Does anybody know the fate of the Northwest A320 that got banged up at LGA a few years back (sometime in 2001 or '02?)? I don't remember the details, but I remember seeing it in various stages of repair for quite some time in the old TWA hanger adjacent to taxiway ZA. Anybody know the story?

Speaking of NWA

Sorry to hijack...

What was the story with the NWA 320 that was in the CVG remote lot for over a week a couple weeks back?

The airplane in LGA was eventually parted out and moved in the middle of the night to the end of one of the piers (my guess is 22) and taken away on a barge. I read this a while back in a magazine, Airways or Airliners. I assume the info was correct.
