I have been hearing about this Compass thing for quite sometime but are they even operating or have pilots. Are they exclusively using furloughed NW people? And what is the NW relationship with Mesaba now. Will they be the new regional to go to and how are they going to staff these planes they are getting. And what will happen with Pinnacle??? INFO please!

Anyway, someone please explain all this to me. Greatly appreciated. SG

Compass and Mesaba are both owned wholly by nwa. Compass will use all of Mesaba's resources except the pilots who will be on a separate seniority list.

Hi!

THere's not much hard info out there yet. Some guys just got interviewed, so hopefully they will post what they found out.

Thats what we were told when all the schedules were modified. CP will be handling all of the IAD turns in 602XJ (or 601, regardless it's the same situation)

Saw a bunch of compass people at the hilton south of 494 this morning. It is real and they are going to be hiring how many still not sure.

Mesaba - I was there for ten years. Good luck to the ones that are there but I wouldn't go there.

Spinicle - Not worth looking at.
