It sounds like it's a pretty sure bet I'll be getting an NROTC scholarship, which I'll use if I can't get into the Academy. A few questions:

1) Does it pay for EVERYTHING?

2) How does it compare to the USNA?

3) If I went to ERAU on this, would the scholarship also pay for some flight time?
