I enjoy being a smart a$$ when a pax gives me attitude! Pax's are so rude now days that if they show any kind of attitude I straighten them out with facts! One passenger was mad that we had a broken airplane and I told her if she wanted to fly on a broken bird she could find a different captain! I told her this at the gate. 4.5 hours later when we finally arrived at our destination most of the paxs Thanked me for keeping them safe, even the lady that was mad!

You think airline pax are bad? HA! Try flying 135 jet charter. Yeah you'll meet some real characters there!! Oh and you'll looooooove their kids.
Try telling a 135 customer that you're gonna be a bit delayed b/c of weather or MX while at the same time you're telling them that you are also out of Diet Coke!!! HAHAHA! Ohhh what a treat, I really dont miss it. You havent had it bad until you've done 135/91
