An ex-freight pilot I met on the road told me a trick, this would only work for freight dogs, and I myself would never try it.
If you want to take a little nap, put one of your fuel selectors on a tank with about 10, 20 or 30 minutes of fuel in it. When the engine runs out of fuel, you should hopefully wake up. Again I would never try it.
