Are Northwest Mechanics still on strike?? Is the replacement labor still working?

Yes, sort of.

Technically the AMFA is still on strike, but since all their jobs have been filled by permanet replacement workers, they don't have a job waiting if they ever do come off the strike.

The 145 facility where I work has 2 757s that we are doing heavy checks for.

SCABS. Dont work on stuck work. This why we cant make a good wage as aircraft mechanics because SCABS will do it for less. You dont see pilot saying "Oh Oh ill fly for half of what the last guy would. And not sort of either you are a scab or not

Really...Go ask that question in the regional or majors forum and see what kind of feedback you get.
