RD Air Services, LLC is a growing air carrier based in Gainesville, FL. We currently operate a C-414, a C-500, and an IA-1124, with a second IA-1124 and additional C-414s on the way. We operate on-demand flights in the continental U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.
I need to hire 2 C-414 PICs, to be based in GNV and possibly PBI. You probably will also have the opportunity to be an SIC in the C-500 or IA-1124, if you are interested (one or the other--not both). Eventual jet PIC opportunities will be yours when you are qualified, because we would prefer to promote from within.
We need people who will get involved and help us to build a first-class operation, in addition to merely acting as crewmembers, because this is still a work in progress. It is an exciting, dynamic time for us, but that means that we are constantly aiming for a moving target, so flexibility and enthusiasm are essential.
Does that mean that schedules will be unpredictable? For the time being, you bet. You will be a key person in the organization, and we need you to be available to help make it work. In the near future, a reasonably-stable schedule should be achievable, but it's still on-demand charter, folks. It's not for everyone. You need to know what you are looking at, and act accordingly.
Compensation is negotiable, and will be consistent with industry norms for the equipment type and crewmember position. All full-time pilots receive a benefit package including health insurance. Significant contributions to the development of the company will also be rewarded.
There it is. PM me if you are interested or have any questions.
Thanks,
Josh M.
