RD Air Services, LLC is a growing air carrier based in Gainesville, FL. We currently operate a C-414, a C-500, and an IA-1124, with a second IA-1124 on the way. We operate on-demand flights in the continental U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

I need to hire another complete Westwind crew (PIC and SIC) and am looking for pilots who have experience in the type or, or a comparable medium jet. All aircraft training is conducted at CAE Simuflite in Dallas, at company expense.

We are willing to type the right person, but that person must understand that we are a growing operation and that (s)he will be expected to contribute extensively to that growth. In other words, we want you to be around for a while. In turn, the resulting opportunities and rewards will be yours to enjoy.

We need people who will get involved and help us to build a first-class operation, in addition to merely acting as crewmembers, because this is still a work in progress. It is an exciting, dynamic time for us, but that means that we are constantly aiming for a moving target, so flexibility and enthusiasm are essential.

Does that mean that schedules will be unpredictable? For the time being, you bet. You will be a key person in the organization, and we need you to be available to help make it work. In the near future, a reasonably-stable schedule should be achievable, but it's still on-demand charter, folks. It's not for everyone. You need to know what you are looking at, and act accordingly.

Compensation is negotiable, and will be consistent with industry norms for the equipment type and crewmember position. All full-time pilots receive a benefit package including health insurance.

A nice bonus will also be offered to any selectee who has current IA-1124 training at CAE SimuFlite and is Part-135 current (i.e., to anyone in whom we do not need to make a significant training investment right away). Significant contributions to the development of the company will also be rewarded.

There it is. PM me if you are interested or have any questions.

Thanks,

Josh M.
