Non-Union Supporters in Minority at Flops

This is a little late off the press wire, but I thought it was info that all frax pilots should have. The non-dues paying pilot is now in the minority at Flight Options. IBT Local 1108 now has more members of Flight Options pilots' ranks that are voluntarily paying dues than are not. Flight Options' pilots will soon be holding elections to vote in Council Members to baragin in good faith with the company. This is a huge step in gaining solidairty and I urge all minority pilots at Flight Options to join in the fight to secure a first contract. The majority stakeholder in these negotiations (the dues paying pilot) will soon grow weary of paying the way for the minority (the non-dues paying pilot). All that are not in "good standing" please do what it takes to get current on dues and help us to be respected as a major player in the fractional industry.
