Under 91.179(b)(3)[2005] it mentions when operating in nov-RVSM airspace, (using 4000 foot intervals above FL290), anyone have any takes on where a non-RVSM airspace is, not a big deal, but it's bugging....

The DRVSM program objective is to implement RVSM between flight level (FL) 290-410 (inclusive) in the airspace of the lower 48 States of the United States, Alaska, Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic High Offshore Airspace (including Houston and Miami Oceanic airspace) and the San Juan FIR.

that's interesting cause friday I heard a Citation ??1AP asked if they could accept (yes) then told to maintain FL420 in Atlanta Center and then handed off that way to Jax and left there after checking in (not sure how long after that)
So was that a center screw up or did I miss something in RVSM training
