Anyone know the # to check flight loads or list yourself for non-rev for SWA and CAL? I have heard that SWA prefers that you list yourself, but they will also do it for you at the gate. Does CAL prefer you to call and list or just show up at the gate and fill out the jumpseat request form. Thanks for any input.

CAL and CoEx don't use a list. Just show up at the gate and ask for a jumpseat pass.
