Why give away a bargaining chip for the next round of contract talks?
My post still stands....why should they give us ANYTHING until the next round of talks????
Yes....I know they can open up as many Domiciles as they want but it would be stupid for them to do so.
At least for now......maybe in a few years, once negotiations starts, they will open a few key domiciles to swing the new hire vote their way.
I'm curious what the nest contract is going to look like.

Well that new hire is more than welcome not to accept the job
But if they chose it I'm sure they'd be willing to fight hard for a change in the next contract.
Thats what is great about a union. We get to all vote.
