Ran into an old friend who went to EJI in the early days. Said things have changed "alot".

Also said if they change much more, Santulli wouldnt have to wait another 2 years to see what happens; the NJI pilots will put an end to it all by unionizing themselves.

Any truth to this? Or is my buddy just getting grumpy in his old age.

He is just getting Grumpy.

Is NJI still hiring onto the Gulfstream from external candidates or are any and all slots filled by NJA transfers?

Like RTRHD said, he's just getting grumpy. It's a little more corporate with all the finance, HR, and contracts people now in the building but any possibility of an internal organizing effort vaporized this past spring.

Okay. On your mark, get set, go!

I have to agree with RTRHD and gutshotdraw on this one. As more management functions have moved from Columbus to Okatie, the level of bureaucratic minutia has increased slightly. They have not gone off the deep end yet, however.
