Hey all,

Anyone have the NJI payscales? Also, how's life over there?

I interviewed this past Jan. We were told we could expect to start at $68-72K depending on experience. Captains start at around $110K after upgrade--this from a buddy just starting upgrade. That said, hires off the street are pretty much over. Unless you've already been hired or have an interview, you will have to go to NJA first.

NJA guys coming over remain on NJA pay scales.
