NJA Sick Calls

So I was just reviewing my company's sick call policy and I was curious what it was a NJA. Do you only get so many sick calls allowed per year? If you run out of days do they deduct it from your pay? Do they attempt to take disciplinary action if they think you call in sick too much? Just curious. Thanks!

You bank 1 sick day per month. If you run out them will adjust your pay. If your sick, your sick. If it gets abused they will come after you.
