Screw B19.

B19 has no clue what is going on and is trying to hijack the thread.

It is time to VOTE!!!!!!

Right on cue Bafoon 19

"it be poetic justice to discover the union got decertified because the union couldn't get the package to look important enough to open?"

Bafoon, you are again commenting on something you don't know anything about. (what a dope)

The fact of the matter is the pilots LOVE their union.

And RTS has said he likes having a Union in aviation.

He said you want a union so you don't have to worry about pilots being pressured to fly when its not safe.... Anyone with access to the secure company website can verify this by watching the Hangar Video posted there.

So management likes the Union, the pilots love the union .... Looks like we will have a union forever at NJA.

NetJets is a Berkshire Hathaway company.

Last year was our most profitable ever.

We have $2.5 billion in now aircraft on order.

The only things keeping us from growing faster is training slots and we can't get airplanes fast enough.

We have NEVER furloughed a pilot.

You future would be secure.

Hahha. I remember back in the heat of negotiations for the 2005 agreement when the company was headed down the wrong path of "our way or the highway", one of the talking heads (now gone... Moisture or something) said, "Blah, blahhhh fickin Blahhhhhh... We may have to furlough... blahhh blahh blaaaahhhhhh."

I remember laughing out loud. Really loud. I was in the front row of the "presentation".

We never got close to a furlough. Pesky Owner kept buying planes!

I LOVE OUR OWNERS!!!!

I LOVE OUR OWNERS!!!!

Me too.;)

And that's why we made a lot of money. Last count I saw was at least 3000 others who felt the same way.

"The union leadership wasn't even smart enough to make the packet not look like junk mail."

If you did your research you would know that the referendum is being conducted by BallotPoint - the electronic balloting firm that does 99% of the NMB referendums. The NMB approved ballot and envelope were certified by both NJASAP and the IBT. It is NMB certified. Oh wait - my bad, I forgot you do not do research.

Wouldn't it be poetic justice to discover the union got decertified because the union couldn't get the package to look important enough to open?

If you did your research you would know that this is not an NMB referendum but an internal IBT 1108 referendum. If less than 50% plus 1 show up (too late - already way past that point), the union is not decertified, IBT retains representation. There is zero chance in this referendum to lose union representation.

If you did your research you would know that just like everything the NJA pilot union has done since 2004, this is ground breaking. If a plurality chooses NJASAP, the paperwork gets filed with the NMB by NJASAP, IBT, and NetJets and NJASAP becomes the representation body for NJA pilots.

Your emotional argument will never defeat the power of education. If this is the best you union-busters have got, it is time for union leaders to take a vacation - there is no challenge here.

Fisch,

That is incorrect. The information you are talking about was only valid in the case of an actual NMB decertification vote. This internal referendum has zero possibility of causing a decertification of the union. That's one of the reasons we (NJASAP) signed the agreement with the Teamsters.
