On average, what can you expect to make as an FO on top of your base pay per year under the current contract?

Depending on how your schedule works out for the year.. examples being 14 hour days, working on a holiday and getting extended everyonce and a while... I would guess anywhere from 6 to 10,000 extra a year on top of base.

I don't think I'll take the time to open the letter to read just how bad this goat-rope is going to be. The good new is that they extended recalls to 14 years. I'm a little slow in math these days but by my figurin' I think my daughter should be in high school just about the time I get recalled.

I think I'll stick with my 5 minute drive to Carlbad and leave the MSP/DTW/MEM commute to some braver fools untill something else rolls around!!
