Are the salaries posted on airlinepilotcentral.com pretty accurate? Is it easy to make more than what is posted i.e. soft time in the contract, or is it straight salary based?

Go to the IBT 1108 website - the contract is posted there.

As for making more than the base salary, you should be able to do that. I think I've been up around 20% above my base salary for the past few years between overtime, holidays and a few extended days.
