Send Derinda a polite email and ask her the names. I did the same thing and wanted to make sure I had the spellings correct.

Heres what I did

I took the letters with me to the interview.

After the interview I filled out the names and ask the lady up front to give them to the interviewers.

Of the 20 people interviewing, I was the only one that did it.

The interviewers know then and there who the Thank you letter was from. (Worked for me)

Seems like if you wait a couple weeks, they probably won't remember you from squat and your file is already way past them.

Just my opinion.

Doing this is pretty standard in the business world. The longer the wait, the less impact it has.

I sent emails the night I got home. The format has been posted before ([email protected]). Worked for me. Indoc in 2 weeks and will fly the Sovereign.

PS: Got replies from all but one.
