not being a jerk just tryin to throw some reality....senior guys will be coming in and more so as the fleet hits 11 planes.

No offense taken at all. With 14 planes coming by years end (at least that's what they said in recurrent a couple weeks ago), I factored that in. But the pdf's on crewops show significant growth in the 680 and 800. Given the choice, I see guys going there instead. Then when the 4000 comes (stop laughing!), they'll go there. 39 months is a long time for the senior guys to sit in a small plane. Besides, October is just 1 month over a "few":D.

a 800 capt makes the same as an encore + at the same year......so your right that those with the big plane itis will go to bigger equip and suffer being junior OR (more likely) is they will go to a junior plane, make the same money and have great QOL.

this has already been happening.

How right you are. Seems everyone in the beechjet was an ex-750 or ex-Ultra.
Deliveries on the EP are hefty so I think it'll be not tooooooo long.
