Do you guys have a formal, written "Vision, Mission, & Values" statement that someone would kindly cut and paste in a reply?

Thanks...

Yep, that's where I started. Went through your site but what is not there and what I was searching for is a specific statement.

Many organizations have a formal, written "Mission Statement" found in employee handbooks, literature, etc..

Thanks....

No offense, but that crap is for Malcomb Baldridge Awards and feel good mgt types that think it is required. Now if you are doing the interview prep, here is the feel good stuff for you. Good luck!

Vision: To always be the worldwide leader in fractional aircraft ownership.

Mission: To provide our owners with a superior air transportation experience through and environment that fosters a continuous improvement, teamwork, and growth for our employees and profitability for the company.

I think the real mission is:

To drive our competition out of business. To build a worldwide network that dominates the industry...

"To defeat you enemy and drag dere bodies through da street, and hear da lamentation of dere wimmin...."

Alright, maybe I'm old school but I believe in mission statements. If EVERYONE ( managers, schedulers, chief pilots, some pilots) believed and worked by this, the rest of you will be BK by next year.
