What is NJ's view on hiring from other fracs and what about Options pilots that are not in good standing?

Thanks

Sky

Will NetJets not look at you if you are not in good standing?

I imagine the hiring committee is made up of representatives from HR, Operations, IBT1108, etc.

The more people the candidate appeals to, the better his/her chances.

It's pretty much a no-brainer, as far as I'm concerned.

If you are a flops pilot who is not in good standing you will get put on the bottom of the pile. Makes sense to me, after all why would they hire a pilot that didn't support his/her union into an established union shop. Everyone knows, it's the support of the membership that gets the job done, they would not want to carry that dead -freeloading- weight into their next round of negotiations.

Does that bout sum it up fer ya?

Aaahhh, that makes sense now. I would say Citationshares should welcome you with open arms... Good luck.
