NJ Basing Outside USA?

Is there such a thing as foreign basing of Net Jets crews? I see from another thread that they're looking into India and China and there is a Euro Operation. Do all of these have local crews or are there some foreign bases for US crews?

NetJets Europe is staffed entirely in Europe by those with EU work rights and pilot licenses. NetJets Middle East is another separate division. NJE has now announced that they will be started up some operations in India since traffic between Europe and India has grown so fast recently. I believe they said that most of the flying for the Indian operation will be international. Eventually there will be NetJets based in China and probably other parts of Asia also. Nobody knows for sure when it will start or how it will be staffed.
