George M was in MDW the other day talking to some of the pilots and said the 717 deal does not look good, they are looking at other options right now.
 
The latest rumor has the B717 out and 737-500's as a strong possibility. Supposedly JGM told some pilots this in our MDW crewroom. Only the shadow knows what's going on behind the scenes.
