The Clarion right across the street has a crew rate, also try the Pan American and Sunrise Hotels. I don't have there numbers anymore, but they are listed down in the baggage claim area. If you are going to be LGA based for some time, I'd strongly recommend a Kew Gardens crashpad. Transportation to and from Kew Gardens runs about $6 on the Kew Runner every half hour, or about $9 on the Kew Taxi.
