Really

This document was just submitted to the court on March 18th, 2004, I guess a week is old? Just thought it was some good news for a change......sorry to have bothered you with old news....

How is adding more players to the already disfunctional UEX family good news??? Ohh that's right if we're lucky we will end up undercutting our services/wages for United's bottomline some more while we all fight for scraps! I hope all the board members are enjoying the big phat bonuses they probably just gave themselves! AD

Phase 1
United Airlines makes cuts after the govt. denies their loan and they file chapter 11.

Phase 2
United prepares for it's denial of the govt. loan a second time by aligning the express carriers in order to transition significant mainline to express flying.

Outcome: UAL and it's upper level employees survival is assurred either way.

Seems UAL want to enter into new agreements with Chautauqua, Shuttle America and the new Republic airlines!

Good news for the fine folks at SA...

:D

Thanks Rvsm410. It's too bad most of the folks here just want to play the bad cards (and troll or be what they think are "badasses" behind the anonymity)and can't possibly see anything good in a small airline like SA or their bigger brothers CHQ/REP. Good news or bad, SA is still rolling with it and trying to stay competitive.

*Looks back in the magic 8 ball and sees CHQ in almost the same situation 4 years ago....hmmmmm...they're the #1 Regional in the world now.....* Hey bros!?! ;)

" the contract with Shuttle America runs through 2005 and includes a renewal option"

hmmmmm a whole year. Yes congrads on the new business SA.............instead of name calling maybe you need to look at the big picture. What happens after a year??? United says... Ummm yeah, if you guys want to keep your business your gonna have to give us a better rate.......which guess what mgmt will pass the the buck as, "do you want to keep your jobs???" Well give us your hard earned money and take cuts. You don't think you have anything to worry about a year from now?? How about Trans States picking up ACA's old J-41's and using those, or Skywest coming in with 120's. Welcome to the party.....anything is possible, but I guarantee there was something behind only signing a year contract. AD
