If I'm not mistaken, I believe that all on the list are entitled to vote on a first contract according to Teamsters by-laws. At least, at ATA when they were here that's how I remember it.

I just went over my Teamsters welcome letter and it really isn't clear. It mentions that only members can vote in elections. Now I know that isn't the same as a TA or is it?

Only members in good standing or those on a dues re-payment plan can vote on the TA. Let's hope it was better than the last one...

I have seen the First TA , what was the improvement on this one? And again Congrats. The most fun flying I have ever had was at NAA.
The improvements were basically adjustments to the top 5 reasons the first TA was rejected.
1. 2% increase to 401K matching...Now 6%
2. All flying above guarantee will remain at 150%
3. Reserve credit for unused days remains 2.2 Hours/day
4. Open time will be issued with regards to seniority.
5. Limits imposed on transfer from long call to short call reserve.
On top of that changes were made to the language in the contract to limit the ambiguity. There have been other changes as well, but these are the big ones.
