Helen Waite is now in charge of Owner Services.
If you are in a hurry, just go to Helen Waite.

If it weren't for the last minute..... Nothing would get done around here..

I can only please one person per day.
Today is not your day.
Tomorrow is not looking good either...

That's pretty good

"We not happy....until your unhappy"

"30% less....in satisfaction & on-time service"

"I'm sorry Mr. Austin, you want what? No....how bout, NO! ah....NO!"

If we're not late, we're not coming!

Pissin the world off, one owner at a time!

Not that I have anything to do with FLOPs, but my boss threw this one out during out morning meeting one time, maybe it could apply....

At my last employer, we used to say, "We're upping our standards, so up yours".

Feel free to use that one. And best of luck with the current situation at FLOPS.

I have a suggestion--

F IGHTING.....by
L ISTING.....and
O RGANIZING...the
P ILOTS.....for
S OLIDARITY

I prefer the active, positive approach to solving problems.
Best of luck to all of you! Demand what you deserve!

Oh Gahd...go away already and change some diapers or something.
The only good to come from FLOPS joining ASAP soon, is that if there was ever a merger (if NetJets was the acquiring company anyway), then the NetJets pilots wouldn't be able to have the FLOPS pilots stapled to the bottom like they want to....So, right on guys, keep recruiting, so you can be equal "brothers" and flow together accordingly! lol
(I doubt, however, that Flops pilots want a union that will greatly reduce their pay to NetJets level...the company is doing a good enough job on their own, yet haven't done THAT poorly, compared.)

Spoken (again) like someone who has never belonged to a Union. As I've always believed and said, a union is only as good as it's local MEC. I was represented by ALPA at a commuter, and because our local leadership was outstanding, we had arguably the best contract in the commuter industry. Mesa, on the other hand, had (has) about the crappiest contract, but is also represented by ALPA. Have a little faith man. With good leadership, we can do well.

A union will not make things worse (in the long run). You continuously deride the past accomplishments (although small) of NJ's union. Keep in mind, that although their pay, as well as ours, is horribly low, they have many benefits that we do not. Additionally, when they get screwed, they have an avenue to seek reparation or compensation. We get to whine to each other.

I only wish FLOPS pilots to be a little more open-minded about the benefits of having a union. When this drive gains more steam, you can bet you arse that our jobs and lives will be made more difficult. It will be temporary.

Oddly quiet...

Wrong (again) about never having belonged to a union.
My point is that NetJets pilots want support, but I'd bet that not one of them would integrate a seniority list with FLOPS, given the possible situation I described in my last post. You notice that was ignored....Staple staple staple is the only plan there. I'd also bet that they are working a staple clause into the contract as we speak (if they haven't already). They want FLOPS guys to sign up, yet FLOPS guys would not be privvy to the contents of the documents they are drawing up. Fortunately not everyone is so naive to think otherwise...
