Anyone received a new A010 Aeronautical Weather Data page yet? We did (Basic On-demand Operator). What is EWINS? And anyone know where to find a list of approved QICPs (Qualified Internet Communications Providers)? I've asked www.fltplan.com earlier in the year if they were seeking QICP approval - they said yes but have not heard any more about it.
