New FedEx Chief Pilot?

Hey Fed Ex guys. I am currently waiting on a call from HR for an interview date. My sponsor said that I should receive a call around mid March.
That being said, he also said JL is leaving and there's gonna be a new CP.
Do you think this will change anything as far as the immediate interview process, etc.?
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks...
