It's about time, I think its going to be a good change. From what I hear John s is a pretty good guy.

JS does not put forth all that great of a public image but he is a very intelligent individual. He has done a decent job at XJ and I am glad to see him replace DS. Hopefully going forward our senior leadership team can get things moving smoothly. We shall see.
 
DS ground the MX department into the dirt with ruthless cost-cutting and Phil promoted him to apply that same "magic" to the entire operation with the predictable results you see today. His departure is better for the staff and better for long-run investors.
 
One thing is for sure, John S can sure manage. He will be what is needed to fix this mess of a company-hopefully by the end of 2012 our new leadership will get some growth!

Ha! I hope to be out by the end of 2012. My resume has been sent to everything with the word 'Air' in it, so much so that some of them might have been air conditioning companies.

i am right there with you on that one.....but we all need a backup plan
