Good ridance to Stu...I've never encountered a more bigoted person posing as a professional in the cockpit.

Stu

What I remember of Stu, is that he never forgot a name or a face, if you ever said anything negative about the company he would never forget. Though he may not ever say that to your face, but he would send you to CVG or their coldest out station the week you wanted off. And if you didn't go he would threaten you through your local CP.

I use to reply to questions about AMF and give honest answers where I could. Working Conditions etc, and all the unwritten rules and the B.S. up front and the back end crap latter on. The aviation truths. Well Stu used to read everthing he could about the company on several different message boards. It was comical. I hope he enjoys his next adventure in the business world. The guy made AMF money, but wasn't on my Christmas Card list.

Don't want to be the lone voice in the wilderness. But in fairness, never had a reason to complain about Stu. In my year there on the Metro I screwed up more than once. All I heard from Stu was how to avoid similar mistakes in the future.

I have never beeen treated unfairly by Stu! he has always taken care of me...and all I had to do to earn that was to show up for work on time and be a professional pilot, and stop complaining about everything.....after all we are a 135 freight ops, the best in the country I might add.

To his credit, I was never treated unfairly either. I just heard comments from him (all the time) about blacks (he referred to them as fuc#ing ni##ers) and hispanics, and that he was glad to live in such a "white" area like Valencia. It's the year 2002, (actually during my stint it was the mid ninties, but...) there just isn't any place for talk like that in public, regardless of how you really feel.

Signed,

a white civilian male
