In studying for an upcoming interview I found this in one of the threads:

"3. What color should CLL be as you touch down, what if they are alt red/white?"

Does anybody have an idea what CLL stands for? The last time I used CLL was filling a flight to College Station, Texas or using it one of the departures/ arrivals into Houston and/or Dallas.

Uh, my guess is Center Line Lights, sometimes abbreviated in Notams as RCLL for Runway Center Line Lights.

thanks Hawker Flyer...Ah..I see! If the white are alternating
with red for the next 2,000 feet, and for the last 1,000 feet of the runway, all centerline lights are red....I just love it when we make up new words in avaition!
