Saw a 747 Start Up located in SE USA on AirApps. Anyone know who or where?

Family Airlines is one of the .. but they're outta Vegas, not the SE USA and the pictures of their site aren't real (at least by the looks of it). I don't think have a plane yet.

Michaels says he has executives from the old airline working on the new one. He has also hired Bob Trout a former FAA inspector.

Can't be too many people walking around the industry with that name.... Is this PDT's Bob Trout??
