Has anyone attended the Women in Aviation conference or the Organization of Black Airline Pilots conference?

Is this a good place to meet recruiters and maybe submit your resume? Would it be "improper" for me to attend for the primary purpose of meeting recruiters?

I am looking for recommendations since Kit Darby's seminars seem to be poorly rated recently and are probably attended by "the masses."

Any other suggestions also wanted.

GO GO GO to the WIA conference. I've been to two...MUCH better than Air Inc. conferences.

I know Alaska Airlines has a VERy good relationship with WIA, ane for anyone interested in working here, I would strongly advise attending this conference, if possible.
