NetJets Update

I had my application accepted in April 2007, and am waiting for an invite to interview. My first choice is PBI.

I am in the process of Upgrading at my airline and getting typed on the CRJ 200. Is there a way to update this info with Netjets?

Also, I would like to change my base bid preference. Is this possible?

I would also like to get some kind of notification that I am still in the system, who do you contact?
