Does NetJets do their own training or is it all subcontracted out to FSI? Where is the training done?
If it is done in house, what do those individuals get paid?

Indoc is done "in-house".

Airplane type rating is done at FSI.

There is a change coming, though, where NJA instructors will be in the sim for a few sessions after the initial type ride with new-hires. Once that starts happening, the plan is for new-hires to go straight from the sim to IOE, bypassing the ground/flight training program that is currently done by NJA instructor pilots.
