Hello,
I've done a search on this and I'm not sure if there is a set in stone answer but, typically how long is training at Netjets?

Thanks,
Ken

2 weeks for company training
2-3 weeks of sim training. Depending on fleet. 2 weeks for ultra 3 weeks for X
Another tour or two for Aircraft training
2-3 months before you get ioe. :)

I finnished IOE last week on the Excel. I was hired at almost the begining of January. I'm the first in my class done that I know of.

2 or 3 months for IOE? What are you doing between the "aircraft training" (whatever the heck that is) and the IOE, twiddling your thumbs?

I did the sim first, then a few days off before basic indoc. Then 3 weeks off before airplane training (they at least let me know it was going to be at least 2 weeks before they would be able to get me in). Then 4 days of airplane training before another couple of weeks off before IOE. I didn't know much about when I would start that, but my hard days off on the reserve schedule made it hard for them to start me (actually not intentionally). They put me on tours for bits and pieces with 3 different captains over about 2 and a half weeks to get me done. A lot of guys are still waiting for IOE since the uniform company is truly awful and can't get people their uniforms in order for them to go to work.

How bizarre. I have a week scheduled between indoc and sim, but I didn't expect much delay after that. I suppose I'll find out.

Enjoy the time off while you can, don't forget to stay in the books. Once you get online it gets pretty busy.

I was hired in Nov and just completed my first week of IOE two days ago. Stayed at home nearly three months between the sim and the first time I ever sat in a Cessna Citation V Ultra. This has to be the best job in the world.

if you notice, no one has been hired into the Ultra since 11/05. i hope the other fleets don't have to wait as long as that.
