I received a call about three weeks before the interview date. Afterwards, I was called two days after the interview with the offer and to report for indoc in four days. It all happened pretty quickly.

As for places to stay during either indoc or a/c training when it's on your nickel, the Candlewood Stes offers a deal for NJA guys of $41.00 a night on a weekly basis. If you're only there for a couple of days the rate is $55.00/night. The deal that Griz mentions is a good one but unfortunately not available to everyone. If you have wheels some of the Extended Stay America places offer a pretty good deal if Candlewood is full. The one on the north side of town (about a 25 min. drive) has the $249.00 a week rate and the one on Stelzer Rd in Easton has the $279.00 /wkly rate. I preferred Candlewood myself. Great staff there. Hope this helps yall out and good luck.
