Netjets Physical

I have a few questions regarding the NJ physical. Do you take the physical before or after you hired? Who gives the physical, and what does it entail? Do you have ample time between the physical and your start date so as not to loose your benefits with your current employer should you fail? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure they stopped it last year, as long as you have a current 1st class medical you are good to go.

No physical. Just a drug test. I think they do that after your interview. I know they have to do it before you start class.

Thanks for the info. I have a friend who works at NJ, but haven't talked to him in a long time. I remember him telling me about the physical he had to take and he said it was a bit excessive. Glad to hear they aren't doing it anymore.

Six years ago when I got hired they were doing extensive prehire physicals. Fortunately I have the body of a God (even if it is The Budda)

I started ground school in May and the last class to do physicals was a couple before ours. Now no physicals before hiring or in indoc.
