Didn't Netjets used to make you pay for training if you had less than 5000TT ??
What percentage of pilots on property are PFT ??

It wasn't pft way back when...then it was full pft with no reimbursment whatsoever....then it was pft if you had less then 5000 hours, and then 50% payback at 1 yr and 100% at two years. After November of 1999 all PFT stopped. Senority numbers starting somewhere in the 30-70 range up through about 500 did some type of PFT....after about 300 or so it was PFT that was reimbursed. We have about 2100 guys on the list now.

You get full pay, per diem, and full benefits from day one of training. You do pay your own hotel, but are reimbursed for that.
